By purchasing any service from our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Service Nature
All our services—such as CV/resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and job assistance—are personalized and customized according to each client’s background and requirements.
Since these are digital and human-based services, refunds are limited and subject to review.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet started or no work has been delivered.
- The client has made a duplicate payment due to technical error.
- The service was purchased by mistake and reported within 24 hours of payment.
After the service process has begun or materials have been delivered, no full refund will be possible.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the CV or other documents have already been created or sent.
- If the client does not provide the required information or delays communication.
- If the client is dissatisfied after receiving a completed service (we offer free revisions instead).
- If the job application or interview does not result in employment (we cannot guarantee selection).
Revision Instead of Refund
We are committed to your satisfaction.
If you are unhappy with the work, we offer free revisions until your CV or profile meets your expectations (as per your chosen plan).
Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:
- Contact us at info@afzantravels.com with your order details and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after approval:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary.
- If the issue continues, please reach out to us directly.
